Updated cancellation policy as of 12/1/20

•  Any cancellations made 24 hours prior to check-in for stays June 1 – March 31, 2021 will not incur any cancellation fees. 

Housekeeping Update 9/09/20

As we have all experienced changes in our lives due to COVID-19, our industry has also been affected. To maintain limited contact within your room, we have ceased our daily housekeeping services. However, should you require housekeeping services we would be delighted to provide them to you upon request. Those services will be limited to a "refresh" service which consists of sanitizing our top 10 touch points, trash removal, towel exchange and making of the beds.

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures—for you, our other guests, and staff members. We ask that you kindly follow all verbal and posted instructions while staying at Avanti International Resort.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By visiting, staying, and participating in any and all activities at the Avanti International Resort, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
