Our Best Rate Guarantee promises you the lowest rates for our hotel is by booking directly on www.AvantiResort.com or through reservations by calling (855) 828-2684. Save valuable time searching by booking direct.

With our guarantee, you will not find a lower qualifying Internet rate available to the general public. If you find a rate lower than the rates shown on www.AvantiResort.com that is viewable and bookable on another website for the same dates, same room category, length of stay and number of guests, please contact us at (855) 8-AVANTI (855-828-2684). Once we verify the rate, we will honor the rate shown on the other website plus discount the rate 10%. It's that easy!

Here's How It Works

Book a reservation at www.AvantiResort.com for the Avanti Resort. If you find a better rate for our hotel on an alternate website during your search or within 24 hours after booking, contact us at (855) 8-AVANTI (855-828-2684). We'll verify your claim and perform the search in the same manner as you. We will also verify that the rate meets the terms and conditions of our Best Rate Guarantee program (listed below). Once verified, we will either amend your current booking or place a new booking, if not previously confirmed, at the lower rate, plus discount the rate an additional 10% it’s just that simple. No long and involved forms, just the confidence that the best rates for the Avanti Resort Orlando are right here at www.AvantiResort.com.

Terms & Conditions

The reservation must be made on www.avantiresort.com for the Avanti Resort in order to qualify.
Rate must be available to the general public and does not apply to:

  • Negotiated/Contracted rates or group rates.
  • Opaque rates booked on an auction site where the consumer does not know the hotel being booked until confirmation. Examples of these types of sites are (but not limited to) Priceline and Hotwire.com. 
  • Package websites or wholesale websites where room rate are packaged with other travel components, such as air or rental cars. 
  • Hotel package rates that include additional amenities such as meals, parking, etc. Discount rates that are offered to select groups of individuals such as Senior Citizen rates and Government rates. 
  • Rates extended to long stays over 30 days. 
  • Mobile application rates from mobile devices such as but not limited to iPads, iPhones, iPods, etc. 
  • The comparison rate on an alternate site must be found within 24 hours of booking or at the same time of booking. Each night will be considered individually when evaluating the comparison rate.
  • The 10% discount will be taken from the lower rate found and verified on the other site. The lower rate must be bookable. Full payment is required at time of booking.
  • The guarantee does not apply to taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges, food and beverage charges, resort fees or any other fees you may incur during your stay.

Does the hotel offer shuttle service to the airport?
The hotel does not provide Airport Transportation. Taxi cabs are easily available and we are more than happy to coordinate for you, to or from the airport. Orlando All Trans does "Meet and Greets" for arriving guests at the airport and takes them to our hotel. You can contact them at 800-630-9006 to coordinate any of your transportation needs while in Central Florida. You can also email Orlando All Trans info@orlandoalltrans.com.

Does the hotel offer shuttle service to theme parks?
The hotel offers scheduled shuttles to Epcot, SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Universal. The shuttle times will vary by season, depending on the hours of the theme parks. You can view the most current schedule here.

What is included in the hotel service fee?
The hotel service fee includes Wi-Fi throughout the property, scheduled theme park shuttles, self-parking, unlimited local and 800-number phone calls, and use of the fitness center. The hotel service fee is $12.00, plus tax, per room, per night, not included in the room rate.

What is your Deposit and Cancellation Policy?
Our Deposit and Cancellation policies can vary by package or rate plan. But generally, we require you to cancel your reservation no less than 24 hours notice, prior to check-in date, to avoid being charged for your reservation. Check your specific Confirmation Notice for any variations to this based on your specific package or rate plan.

Is there a way to purchase theme park tickets at the hotel?
There is a Concierge desk located in the hotel lobby where guests can purchase discount tickets (theme park tickets, dinner show tickets, etc.).

How many people can sleep in each room type?
Deluxe/Superior King- two people
Deluxe/Superior Double Queen- four people
Premium Executive King Suite- four people
Premium Jacuzzi King- two people

What is the check-in age?
Guests who are checking in need to be at least 21 years of age.

Does the rate include breakfast?
No, the poolside Café on property does serve breakfast, lunch and dinner cooked to order, at reasonable rates. The lobby Barista also has coffee, juice, pastries and sandwiches available for purchase, along with a grab ‘n go facility.

Is there Internet access?
Yes, there is wireless Internet throughout the property and in all the rooms.

What time does the pool close?
10:00 pm

Do you have a restaurant on property and what are the hours?
Yes, our poolside Café is open from 7:00 am - 11:00 pm, and our Pool Bar opens at 12:00 pm daily. The lobby Barista is open from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm daily. Hours are subject to change.

Can I park my RV, commercial truck/vehicle in the parking lot?
No, sorry. Unfortunately, RVs, commercial vehicles or trucks are not permitted in our parking lots. Please make arrangements to park them elsewhere, in approved parking outside of Avanti Resort's property, and arrange shuttle transportation to and from the resort from your vehicle.

What's the best way for me to drive to the resort?

There you'll find driving directions, our street address (8738 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819) and our location on Google Maps, which will help you or your GPS find us. Some people like to enter longitude/latitude in their GPS, to help accuracy. Avanti's is at: 28.438998, -81.471713. Also, please note, we are located directly behind the Friendly's restaurant, next to Austrian Court, directly on International Drive.

What restaurants or shops are near Avanti Resort?
There are a number of restaurants and shops walking distance from the hotel, up and down International Drive. And the IRide Trolley, for a very reasonable fee, can take you up and down International Drive to even more options. Our Concierge can assist in any special needs or desires.

Will my credit card be charged when checking in?
Upon check-in, we will run an "authorization" on the card for the total room charges, plus $50 for guests staying between 1-4 nights and $100 for guests staying 5 nights or more per room for any potential incidental charges. The card will not be charged prior to the guest's check-out.

Bank Debit / Check Cards: If the debit/check card you are using is attached to a checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount of your stay, in addition to $50 for guests staying between 1-4 nights and $100 for guests staying 5 nights or more, that is held in case of incidental charges. These funds may be held by your financial institution for seven business days or longer after your departure.

Do you offer cribs?
Yes. They are complimentary.

Does the Avanti have Laundry Facilities?
Yes. It will cost $2.00 per washer or dryer load.

Can the hotel accept boxes for a guest?
Yes. There is a one-time fee of $10.00 per package. Please be sure it is addressed to: ARRIVING GUEST: (NAME ON YOUR RESERVATION). Packages without names of reserved arriving guests will be returned. Packages will be accepted 15 days before and 15 days after departure date. Any packages received after/before this time frame will be returned to the sender.

Can I park my vehicle at Avanti Resort?
At Avanti Resort, we have parking spaces available. Each room is permitted to park one vehicle at the property. However, we do not allow the parking of oversized vehicles in our parking lot. This includes, but is not limited to, trailers, buses, and RVs.

What is Avanti's Smoking Policy?
We are a non-smoking property. However, smoking is allowed in designated public areas. A $100 cleaning and freshening fee will be added to your bill should we find evidence of smoking in your room.
