The health and wellbeing of our guests, Team Members and all who visit our properties is our highest priority. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are key to continuing to curtail the impact of COVID-19 and variants.

Based on the latest COVID-19 updates please review our company’s guidance and expectations. We will continue to monitor the guidance from the CDC and local public health authorities to ensure our protocols encourage a safe environment for all who visit our hotels.

We have taken measures to make sure we are flexible and that interactions are smooth to result in a positive experience for all. Our cleanliness is tantamount to the comfort of our guest experiences. The efficiency with quality in mind is our focus to serve all our guests. Whether it is delivering exceptional dining or enjoying any of our amenities we appreciate your patronage.

Although we will no longer require facial coverings, to be consistent with CDC guidelines, going forward we do still recommend the following:

  • People may choose to wear a mask at any time.
  • People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask.
  • If you are immunocompromised, learn more about how to protect yourself.

The Orange County, Florida community is still rated as HIGH by the CDC so our teams will continue to encourage cleanliness throughout all our properties.

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures—for you, our other guests, and staff members. We ask that you kindly follow all verbal and posted instructions while staying at Avanti International Resort.

By visiting, staying, and participating in any and all activities at the Avanti International Resort, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.



Our housekeeping services are designed to prioritize your comfort and cleanliness. Refresh service can be provided upon guest request and will include the following:

  • Trash Removal
  • Replenish of bathroom towels and amenities as required 

Should your stay be longer than 7 nights, you will receive a full-housekeeping service every 5th day of your stay which includes:

  • Trash Removal
  • Bathroom cleaned
  • Replenish of bathroom towels and amenities
  • Change of bed linens and making of the beds
  • Dusting and cleaning of the floors  

Should you require housekeeping services, please advise the guest service agent at check-in or by noon the day prior to when the service is required.
